Appendix Problems and Warnings Problems, warnings, and other certain types of information are displayed via the MY8-LAKE panel indicators. LED Indicators Details Solution FAULT Flash No input source is available. Refer to "No Sound" in the "Troubleshooting" section. The digital clock is slipping. Ensure the digital clock is locked to a valid source. For details, refer to "Unusual Sound (noise, interruption, or distortion)" in the "Troubleshooting" section, and to the Lake Controller Operation Manual. The module output is clipping. Check the level meters on the module input and output as well as on the console, and reduce the input or output level. Lit (static) An internal error of the card. Restart the host device.
