RESETTING THE FACTORY PRESETS RESETTING THE FACTORY PRESETS If you want to reset all of your unit's parameters for any reason, do the following. This procedure completely resets ALL the parameters in SET MENU. Note After performing the following procedure you must reset the ROOM TYPE, SP POSITION and ROOM SIZE parameters to match your surround sound environment. Be sure this unit is in standby mode. 3 Press INPUT once more. "RESET" appears in the front panel display. To cancel without making any changes, press INPUT again to display "Cancel". INPUT Reset Cancel INPUT VOLUME + STANDBY/ON 4 Press STANDBY/ON to confirm your selection. If you selected "Reset", the unit is reset to its factory presets and switches to standby mode. If you selected "Cancel", the unit switches to standby mode and nothing is reset. STANDBY/ON 1 Hold down INPUT on the front panel and press STANDBY/ON. "FACTORY PRESET" appears in the front panel display. If you want to reset all of your unit’s parameters for any
reason, do the following. This procedure completely resets
ALL the parameters in SET MENU.
After performing the following procedure you must reset the
ROOM TYPE, SP POSITION and ROOM SIZE parameters to
match your surround sound environment.
Be sure this unit is in standby mode.

Hold down INPUT on the front panel and
press STANDBY/ON.
“FACTORY PRESET” appears in the front panel
display.

To cancel the initialization procedure without making any
changes, press STANDBY/ON.

Release INPUT.

Press INPUT once more.
“RESET” appears in the front panel display.
To cancel without making any changes, press INPUT
again to display “Cancel”.

Press STANDBY/ON to confirm your
selection.
If you selected “Reset”, the unit is reset to its factory
presets and switches to standby mode.
If you selected “Cancel”, the unit switches to standby
mode and nothing is reset.
