Appendix D Legal Information WAC6553D-E 110V AC 230V AC About the Symbols Various symbols are used in this product to ensure correct usage, to prevent danger to the user and others, and to prevent property damage. The meaning of these symbols are described below. It is important that you read these descriptions thoroughly and fully understand the contents. Explanation of the Symbols SYMBOL EXPLANATION Alternating current (AC): AC is an electric current in which the flow of electric charge periodically reverses direction. Direct current (DC): DC if the unidirectional flow or movement of electric charge carriers. Earth; ground: A wiring terminal intended for connection of a Protective Earthing Conductor. Class II equipment: The method of protection against electric shock in the case of class II equipment is either double insulation or reinforced insulation. Zyxel Limited Warranty Zyxel warrants to the original end user (purchaser) that this product is free from any defects in material or workmanship for a specific period (the Warranty Period) from the date of purchase.
