Closing Fold the cover up. To prevent injury in the event of an accident while the vehicle is being driven, close the glove compartment immediately after use.< Armrest, rear Locking Use one of the master keys. A master key is also required for unlocking. If you hand over only the spare key, e.g. for valet parking at a hotel, refer to page 18, then the glove compartment cannot be unlocked.< The rear armrest contains a storage compartment: To open, pull the cover upward.
