Withthe UP marking on theratchetfacing you, rotatetheratchetclockwise. ?hatwill lift the jack heada little. Beforeraisingthevehicle,dothefollowing things. Put your spare tire near the flat tire. Removethewheeltrim. If there is a wheelcover,remove it by using the flat end of thesocket. Pry alongtheedge of thewheelcoveruntil it comes off. Be careful;therim edges may besharp.Don'ttry to remove it with your barehands. 5-2 1
