Your Roadside Assistance representative will ask for the following information when your call is received: Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) 0 Name and home address Telephone number and location from which you are calling Location, license plate number and color of your GMC truck Mileage of vehicle and description of problem Roadside Assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays.
