During the free replacement period, mounting and balancing are included free of charge. To determine replacement price after the free replacement period, the percentage of treadwear is multiplied by the owner-user's regular purchase price. Taxes, mounting, balancing and other service charges are added to this replacement price. In Canada, the tire will be adjusted by the dealership (subject always to dealer discretion) at a predetermined "adjustment price." This warranty also does not cover the following: Ride disturbance claims submitted after 1/32 inch of treadwear. The cost of applicable federal, state and local taxes. Tires purchased and normally used outside the United States and Canada.
