DUNLOP TIRE LIMITED WARRANTY W A R R A N T Y GENERAL INFORMATION What Is Warranted Every original-equipment Dunlop passenger-car tire that becomes unserviceable within six (6) years or 72 months of the date of manufacture for conditions other than those listed under "What Is Not Covered" will be replaced at a cost based on the amount of usable treadwear (wear down to the last 2/32") remaining. Eligibility This warranty is extended to the first retail purchaser for use of the vehicle. Replacement Cost No Charge Pro Rata If, after the first two thirty-seconds of an inch (2/32") of usable treadwear, the tire becomes unserviceable for a condition covered by this warranty, your Dunlop dealer will replace it with a comparable new Dunlop tire at a cost calculated in the following manner: 1. Either your original buying price substantiated by invoice or the dealer's current selling price times (x) 2. The percentage (%) of usable tread worn, rounded off to the nearest 5% increment plus (+) 3. All applicable taxes and all charges for dealer services such as mounting and balancing. A cash refund will not be extended in lieu of the above. If, during the first two thirty-seconds of an inch (2/32") of treadwear, the tire becomes unserviceable for a condition covered by this warranty, it will be replaced with a comparable new Dunlop tire.
