Defining Port-Based Authentication (802.1X) 59 ■ Current Port Control - Displays the current port authorization state. ■ Guest VLAN - Indicates whether an unauthorized port is allowed to join the Guest VLAN. The possible field values are: ■ Enable - Enables an unauthorized port to join the Guest VLAN. ■ Disable - Disables an unauthorized port to join the Guest VLAN. ■ Periodic Reauthentication - Indicates if periodic reauthentication is enabled on the port. ■ Enable - Periodic reauthentication is enabled on the port. ■ Disable - Periodic reauthentication is disabled on the port. This is the default. ■ Reauthentication Period - Displays the time span (in seconds) in which the selected port is reauthenticated. The field default is 3600 seconds. ■ Authenticator State - Displays the current authenticator state. ■ Termination Cause - Indicates the reason for which the port authentication was terminated.
