6.2.3 Site Survey Use this tool to scan and locate WISP Access Points and select one to associate with. Please click on Wireless -> Site Survey. Below depicts an example for site survey. ESSID : Available Extend Service Set ID of surrounding Access Points. MAC Address : MAC addresses of surrounding Access Points. Channel : Channel numbers used by all found Access Points. Signal Level : Received signal strength of all found Access Points. Security Type : Security type by all found Access Points. Setup : Click "Select" button to configure settings and associate with chosen AP. While clicking "Select" button in the Site Survey Table, the "ESSID" and "Security Type" will apply in the Wireless General Setup. However, more settings are needed including Security Key. 125
