h Troubleshooting The following table provides solutions for problems and glitches that may arise as you use your TASSIMO machine. If you do not find a solution for your specific problem or the problem persists after troubleshooting, please contact TASSIMO Customer Service at 1-877-TDISCS1 (1-877-834-7271). Note: If the piercing unit or the Service T DISC are lost, they may be purchased from ­TASSIMO Customer Service at 1-877-TDISCS1 (only in the USA) or on www.tassimo.com Problem Cause Solution The appliance is not working and none of the display elements (LEDs) are lighting. The appliance has no power supply. The appliance is not switched on. Check to see whether the appliance is connected to the mains. Make sure the appliance has been switched on.
