1 Control Panel Setup 1 LAN Main Setup Menu You can use the Internet FAX feature after downloading the software, to use this function, you must set up your machine using the control panel LAN menu. The LAN menu selections allow you to setup the Brother machine for your network and Internet Fax configuration. Press Menu/Set then press the appropriate number, 5 for LAN (MFC-3340CN/MFC5840CN) or 4 for LAN (FAX-1940CN/MFC-5440CN). In the LAN Main Setup menu, there are eight main selections: Setup TCP/IP, Setup Internet, Setup Mail RX, Setup Mail TX, Setup Relay, Setup Misc, Setup I-Fax, and Factory Reset. If you already have the TCP/IP settings configured for your network then proceed to Setup Internet on page 1-9 . Proceed to the menu selection you wish to configure. The machine is supplied with the BRAdmin Professional Windows® software, which can be used to configure many aspects of the network. 1 - 1 CONTROL PANEL SETUP

Control Panel Setup
LAN Main Setup Menu
You can use the Internet FAX feature after downloading the
software, to use this function, you must set up your machine using
the control panel LAN menu.
The LAN menu selections allow you to setup the Brother machine for
your network and Internet Fax configuration. Press
Menu/Set
then
press the appropriate number,

). In the LAN
