Changing the machine settings Various machine operations and embroidery settings can be changed. The attributes that can be set are listed below. 1 Attribute Icon Details Settings Thread color display Changes the thread color display on the embroidery screen. (When "Thread No. #123" is selected) Thread color/Time to embroider/ Needle count/Thread number (#123) Embroidery/Country/Madeira poly/ Madeira rayon/Sulky/Robison anton Display unit Selects the measurement units that are displayed (only for embroidering). mm/INCH Embroidery tension Adjusts the thread tension for embroidering (only for embroidering). -8 to +8 Max embroidery speed Specifies the maximum embroidering speed. Buzzer Specifies whether or not a beep is sounded with each operation (page 82). Opening screen Sets whether or not to display the opening screen when the power is turned on. (There are models where this cannot be changed.) Language Allows the language used in the screens to be changed. English/German/French/Italian/ Dutch/Spanish/Japanese/Danish/ Norwegian/Finnish/Swedish/ Portuguese/Russian/Korean/Thai/ others LCD brightness Adjusts the brightness of the LCD. Lighter Darker Display the service count and the total Stitch counter number of embroidery stitches. The service count is a reminder to take your machine in for regular servicing. (Contact your - authorized dealer for details.)
