G Shooting in Program AE You can select the settings for various functions to suit your preferences. AE stands for Auto Exposure. Set the mode switch to 4 (p. 40). ● G will appear. ● If G does not appear, press the m button and select the shooting mode item. Press the qr buttons to select G and press the m button. Adjust the settings according to your purposes (pp. 62 - 72). Shoot. What if the shutter speed and aperture value are displayed in red? If a correct exposure cannot be obtained when pressing the shutter button halfway, the shutter speed and aperture value display in red. At maximum wide angle, the flash range is approximately 30 cm - 4.2 m (12 in. - 14 ft.), and at maximum telephoto, it is 30 cm - 2.4 m (12 in. - 7.9 ft.).
