Important • Enable JavaScript and cookies in the web browser. • If you access Remote UI with the printer name instead of its IP address, make sure the DNS settings are correctly configured. • Depending on the network environment, you may not be able to start Remote UI. • On the HOME screen, select (Setup) > Device settings > Other device settings > Operation restrictions >, and then make sure Do not restrict is selected for Remote UI.
