INTERNAL ROUTING (Figs. 11, 11a, 11b and 12) 1., With depth-of-cut set, tilt router and place on workpiece with leading edge of sub-base contacting workpiece first (Fig. 11)_ 2. Turn motor "On" and let motor build up to its full speed, being careful not to let cutter bit contact workpiece. 3. To begin your cut, gradually feed the cutter bit into the workpiece until the subbase is level with the workpiece (see Fig 11 a, 11 b). 4. When cut is completed, turn motor "Off' and let cutter bit come to a complete stop before removing it from the workpiece. 5. Unplug router from power source, place router upside down on worktable, and inspect finished cut in workpiece.
