The replication operation is as follows. At the beginning, copy all data from the source virtual disk to target. This is also called a full copy. Afterwards, use snapshot technology to perform an incremental copy. Please be fully aware that the incremental copy needs to use a snapshot to compare the data difference. Therefore, enough snapshot space for the virtual disk is very important. Of course, the replication task can also be set to a schedule. Create Replication Task Take an example of creating the Replication task. 1. Before replication, it must prepare backup target virtual disk.
