Section 3 - Configuration AP Domains AP Domains facilitates administrators to manage multiple APs in the same LAN. A single DWL-2200AP can form an AP Domain with itself and with other DWL-2200APs. In order to be members of the same AP Domain, access points must be of the same brand, the same radio and band configuration, and be on the same LAN. Most configuration settings defined via the DWL-2200AP administration web pages will be propagated to AP Domain members as apart of the AP Domain configuration. In one DWL-2200AP, you can select from 0-9 as the AP Domain ID, click Join to let this AP form an AP Domain. The system will restart and show the IP and MAC in the AP Domain AP Member list and decide which one to join. If you click Survey, it will show the AP Domain ID, how many APs are already in the AP Domain, and the SSID used. Set other DWL-2200APs in the same LAN with different LAN IP addresses. You can survey the AP Domain list and decide which one to join. Enter the ID you want to join and click Join. This will make the AP part of the AP Domain. Most configuration settings defined via DWL-2200AP administration web pages will be propagated to AP Domain members as a part of the AP Domain configuration.You just have to set one AP and the rest of them will have the same configuration. AP Domains
