Download the software upgrade packages for the PowerStore cluster The PowerStore software upgrade packages are available for download from the Dell Support Site. However, the software upgrade packages can only be accessed when you are logged into the Dell Support Site using an account that is associated with the PowerStore cluster. 1. To access the Dell Support Site, open a browser and go to https://www.dell.com/support. 2. If you are not logged into the Dell Support Site, click Sign In and log in using an account that is associated with the PowerStore cluster. 3. Type PowerStore in the Search support text box and select the model number of the PowerStore cluster from the list that is displayed. 4. Click Drivers & Downloads on the PowerStore support page. 5. Select Released: Newest from the Sort by drop-down menu to sort the downloads from newest to oldest. 6. Identify the PowerStore software upgrade package to download and click Download.
