Follow the procedures in Before Working on Your Computer. 2. Close the display and turn the computer upside down. 3. Remove the two M2 x 3-mm screws. 4. Slide the cover toward the front of the computer to release the tabs from the base assembly. 5. Remove the cover from the base assembly. 1 M2 x 3-mm screws (2) 2 cover 3 bottom tabs (10) 4 front of the computer Replacing the Base Assembly Cover 1. Align the tabs with the slots on the base assembly. 2. Removing the Base Assembly Cover
1. Follow the procedures in
Before Working on Your Computer

2. Close the display and turn the computer upside down.
3. Remove the two M2 x 3-mm screws.
4. Slide the cover toward the front of the computer to release the tabs from the base assembly.
5. Remove the cover from the base assembly.

Replacing the Base Assembly Cover
1. Align the tabs with the slots on the base assembly.
2. Slide the cover toward the back of the computer to engage the tabs and firmly attach the cover to the base assembly.
