If a 7 × 9 font is used, some characters on some of the copies may not be readable. Notes on slip paper t The slip paper must be flat, without curls or wrinkles, especially at the top edges. Otherwise, the paper may rub against the ribbon and become dirty. t There must be no glue on the bottom edge of slip paper. It is desirable for the glue to be on the top edge. Choose slip paper carefully when the glue is on the right or left edge, since paper feeding and insertion are affected by gluing conditions (e.g., glue quality, method, and length) and glue location.
