The fan will stop when the door is opened but the heat will not turn off. NOTE: Foods that spoil easily-such as milk, eggs, fish, stuffings, poultry and pork-should not be allowed to sit for more than 1 hour before or after cooking. Room temperature promotes the growth of harmful bacteria. Be sure that the oven light is off because heat from the bulb will speed harmful bacteria growth. How to Set an Immediate Start and Automatic Stop The upper oven will turn on immediately and cook for a selected length of time. At the end of the cooking time, the oven will turn off automatically. Touch the number pads to set the desired length of cooking time. The minimum cooking time you can set is 1 minute. Touch the CONVECTION BAKE MULTI/ 1 RACK pad once for multi-rack convection baking. This mode is used for cooking food items on more than one rack (i.e., 2, 3 or more racks) at the same time in convection bake. See the Multi-Rack Baking section for more information. Touch the CONVECTION BAKE MULTI/1 RACK pad twice for one rack convection baking. This mode is used for cooking food items on only one rack in convection bake.
