THE VEHICLE SEAT BELT MUST BE DESIGNED TO HOLD THE INFANT RESTRAINT TIGHTLY AT ALL TIMES. Pay careful attention to these systems; some of the seat belts that are not safe to use look very much like seat belts that are safe to use.
