To back up 1 Make sure that no one is using the digital sender. The backup interrupts any job in process. 2 Make sure the HP Digital Sender Link is running on the computer on which you will be storing the backup. 3 Start the ABM. 4 On the Tools menu, click Backup. 5 For the Backup Directory field, click Browse to select the folder in which you want to store the backup. 6 Click Start. You cannot stop the backup once you have started it. Clicking Cancel only closes the window that monitors the operation. 7 A dialog box appears if the folder you chose already contains files.
