Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 23). 2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover on page 23). 3. Disconnect the battery cable from the system board (see Battery on page 24). Remove the USB board: 1. Disconnect the two cables from the ZIF connectors on the USB board (1). 2. Remove the Phillips M2.0 × 3.0 screw from the middle of the board (2). 3. Remove the three Phillips M2.0 × 5.0 screws from the bracket on the edge of the board (3). 4. Lift the back of the board up, and then pull board into computer to pull the connectors out of the side of the computer (4). Reverse this procedure to install the USB board.
