The host will ultimately timeout and abort the I/O. Workaround: This issue is resolved. • CSCsq02094 Symptom: IVR memory leaks when reactivating the same zone set or when adding or deleting a member. Issue the show ivr internal mem-stat detail command to check if the memory leak in the IVR module is severe. Workaround: This issue is resolved. • CSCsq08637 Symptom: If a module upgrade fails, in some rare conditions the switch may reject all subsequent FLOGI requests from all ports of the switch. The ports will not be able to complete the initialization, and will stay in the INIT state. Workaround: This issue is resolved.
