Using HP MediaSmart When you open MediaSmart, the control panel displays the following items. NOTE: Some controls may not be shown when the window is minimized. Components (1) Settings control (2) Playback controls Description Click to select DVD and BD preferences and adjust the settings. To display the controls, move the computer mouse pointer. NOTE: The appearance and operation of the controls depends on the type of DVD or BD being viewed. If the window is minimized, all of the controls may not be visible. ● Eject: Click to eject the disc. ● Top-level menu: Click to display the DVD top menu. ● Marker: Click the button, and then enter a name to name the bookmark. ● Previous/rewind: Click to return to the previous track or chapter. If the previous chapter is not available, the menu page is displayed. Click and hold the button to rewind 4x. ● Play/pause: Click to play or pause the selected media. ● Next/fast forward: Click to advance the next track or chapter. If the next chapter is not available, the next title is displayed. Click and hold the button to advance 4x. ● 2D/3D: Click to switch between 2D and 3D modes. NOTE: This button only appears when a 3D movie is playing. ● 3D Demo: Click to preview a 3D clip. Using HP MediaSmart
