• Access level/Bay level: All • Restrictions: None SET IPCONFIG • Command: SET IPCONFIG {DHCP | STATIC} [] [DYNAMICDNS] [ [ []]] • Description: ◦ Configures IP settings for the Onboard Administrator to DHCP mode or static mode. ◦ In STATIC mode, the IP address and Netmask are set to and respectively. These settings take effect immediately. If the Gateway address or DNS address or both are cleared, they are omitted. The Gateway and DNS addresses can also be set by using the SET OA GATEWAY and ADD OA DNS commands. ◦ To configure in STATIC mode, use the following command format: SET IPCONFIG STATIC [] [ [ []]] ◦ In DHCP mode, the IP address, Netmask, Gateway address, and DNS addresses are obtained from the DHCP. This setting immediately takes effect. If DYNAMICDNS is specified, then the DNS server is notified of the new IP address of the system when it is received from the DHCP server. ◦ To configure in DHCP mode, use the following command format: SET IPCONFIG DHCP [] [DYNAMICDNS] • Access level/Bay level: OA Administrator, OA Operator • Restrictions: None SET SNMP COMMUNITY • Command: SET SNMP COMMUNITY {READ | WRITE} "" • Description: Sets the community name for the read or write SNMP community.
