If all bits are cleared, then any outstanding arming request is canceled. The mouse remains
armed until canceled. When any of the selected events occur, the following report format
is sent to the host:

when set enables button release events

when set enables button press events
ESC [ = <Event Type>;<Button Status>;<Column>; <Row>r
Where:
<Event Type> is the event(s) that caused the report in the same format as
the arming sequence.
<Button Status> is of the format: 00110LMR
where LMR indicates which button caused the event.
<Column> and <Row> are the alphanumeric position of the mouse.
Report application name & version (in DEC
VT modes)
