Cleaning and Maintenance We recommend that the air cleaner be cleaned at least once a month and before storage. 1. Turn the air cleaner OFF and unplug it from the outlet 2. Use a dry cloth to clean the external surfaces of the air cleaner 3. The grill plate may be cleaned with a damp cloth or the brush attachment of your vacuum cleaner. DO NOT USE WATER, WAX, POLISH, OR ANY CHEMICAL SOLUTION Troubleshooting Problem The unit won't turn on Possible Cause • The unit is not plugged in • Nano-Coil filter is incorrectly installed or out of place • Rear cover is not completely attached Solution • Plug the unit in • Properly install the Nano-Coil filter • Make sure rear grill is completely engaged No air flow or noticeable cleaning effect • The front or rear grill is blocked by foreign objects • The plastic bag is still on the VOC/Odor filter • Remove any obstacles or check the pre-filter and clean if needed • Remove the plastic bag • The filters are dirty • Clean or replace the Nano-Coil filter and/ or clean the pre-filter • The unit has been running • Replace the for over 2,000 hours Nano-Coil filter 14 15
