IS-TVHD30 30" HD-Ready TV Symptom Picture wobbles or drifts. No Cable reception. No reception above CH13. Poor or no sound. TV Shuts off. Closed Captioning is not working. Possible cause TV station experiencing problems. Cable TV channel is scrambled. Possible local interference. Cable not connected or connected poorly. TV/Cable set to TV. Cable TV service interrupted. TV/Cable set to TV. Possible solution Try another channel. A Cable box needs to be used (if desired). Check for source of reception disturbance. Check all Cable connections. Set TV/Cable to Cable. Contact your Cable TV company. Set TV/Cable to Cable. TV station experiencing problems. MUTE button is pressed. Possible local interference. Antenna/Cable connector is not connected. Volume is set to minimum. The Sleep Timer is set. The Off Timer is set. TV Signal is weak. TV station experiencing problems or program tuned is not closed captioned. Closed Captioning not turned on.
