If the paper is considerably curled in one direction, for example, if the paper is already printed on one side, try to roll the paper in the opposite direction to counteract the curl. Printed sheets will then come out flat. Correct Incorrect Envelopes Envelopes should be fed in the face-up position, right edge first. • Test a sample envelope on the printer and check that printing quality is satisfactory before purchasing. • To avoid trouble, we recommend that envelopes be delivered face-up using the option face-up output tray.
