English Paper Jam in the Coupling Section If the illustration shown displays on the operation panel of your copier, there is a paper jam in the coupling section between the Document Finisher and your copier. 1 Open the upper cover and remove the jammed paper. If the jammed paper cannot be easily removed, proceed to the next step. If the optional Hole Punch Unit is installed, ensure the arrow on the adjustment dial points somewhere between the grooves on the main body of the Hole Punch Unit. 2 Grasp the front cover handle and open the front cover. 3 Turn the conveyor knob (G1) to feed the paper further along to enable easy removal. Paper Jam in the Coupling Section
If the illustration shown displays on the
operation panel of your copier, there is a
paper jam in the coupling section between
the
Document Finisher
and your copier.

Open the upper cover and remove the
jammed paper.
If the jammed paper cannot be easily
removed, proceed to the next step.
If the optional
Hole Punch Unit
is installed,
ensure the arrow on the adjustment dial
points somewhere between the grooves on
the main body of the
Hole Punch Unit
.

Grasp the front cover handle and open the
front cover.

Turn the conveyor knob (G1) to feed the
paper further along to enable easy removal.
Remove the paper.
