Q&A Q Why does the LCD not turn on? A Remove the battery and turn on the power after placing it back on. If there is no change, fully charge the battery and try again. A This is called the 'Echo Phenomenon', where it occurs if connection volume is too high or caused by special properties (semi electronic telephone exchange) of the equipment on the other end.
