Using steam gives fabrics the cleaning benefits of a very hot wash. • Swipe the bar to turn the option on or off. • Steam may not be clearly visible during steam cycles. This is normal. Too much steam could damage clothing. • Do not use steam with delicate fabrics such as wool and silk, or easily discolored fabrics. WARNING • Do not touch the door during steam cycles. The door surface can become very hot and can cause severe burns. Allow the door lock to release before opening the door. • Do not attempt to override the door lock mechanism or reach into the washer during a steam cycle. Steam can cause severe burns. ezDispense Select this option to open the controls for the ezDispense auto-dispense function. The available options vary based on dispenser usage settings. • Dispenser Usage: Select how to use the 2 dispenser tanks-detergent and softener, 2 different detergents, or the same detergent in both tanks. • Detergent Dispense: Set the amount of detergent dispensed for each load. • Softener Dispense: Set the amount of softener dispensed for each load. • Detergent in Use: When using the tanks for 2 different detergents, select whether to use the detergent in tank 1 or tank 2. • Detergent 1 Dispense: Set the amount of detergent in tank 1 to dispense for each load. • Detergent 2 Dispense: Set the amount of detergent in tank 2 to dispense for each load. • From the dispense screen, press the default amounts button to change the default dispense settings for all loads. Extra Rinse This option adds an extra rinse to the selected cycle. Use this option to help ensure the removal of detergent or bleach residue from fabrics. • Press the Extra Rinse button to add up to 3 additional rinses to the cycle. Delay Start Once you have selected the cycle and other settings, press the Delay Start button to delay the start of the wash cycle. • Press the Delay Start button to increase the delay time in 30-minute increments, from 1 hour up to 19 hours. • Once the desired delay time is set, press the Start/Pause button to start the delay time. NOTE • If the Start/Pause button is not pressed to begin the delay time, the washer automatically turns off after a certain time and all cycle settings are lost. Fresh Care Use this function when you will not be able to unload your clothes immediately after the wash cycle ends. • Swipe the bar to turn the option on or off. • The drum will tumble periodically for up to 19 hours to prevent wrinkles. More Options TurboWashTM Adding this option reduces the cycle time while still providing similar wash performance to the same cycle without TurboWashTM. • Swipe the bar to turn the option on or off. • This option cannot be used with all cycles. • For cycles in which TurboWashTM is automatically selected, the TurboWashTM option cannot be turned off. • These cycles are designed for optimum performance with the TurboWashTM option applied. Cold WashTM Add the Cold WashTM option to save energy by using cooler water. Wash and rinse times are increased to maintain wash performance. • Swipe the bar to turn the option on or off. • Wash time will increase up to several minutes with this option. • For best wash results, only wash small loads (less than 8 lb) with this option.
