Remote Control Buttons POWER Switches DVD+Hi-Fi VCR ON and OFF. CD/DVD/VCR select Selects the output source (CD/DVD or VCR) to view on the TV screen. 0-9 Number Keypad Selects numbered options in a menu. AUX PROGRAM Accesses or removes Program menu. CLEAR Removes a track number on the program menu or a mark on the MARKER SEARCH menu. Clears preset stations from the tuner memory. DISPLAY, CLK/CNT Accesses On-Screen display. Switches between the clock, tape counter and tape remaining modes on the display. b/B/v/V (left/right/up/down) Select menu options. CH/TRK/PRESET(v/V): Selects VCR or Tuner channels Manually adjust the VHS's picture tracking. RETURN Removes the Setup menu. REC/ITR (z) Records normally or activates Instant Timer Recording. BACKWARD (.) DVD: Search backward*/go to beginning of current chapter or track or go to previous chapter or track. VCR: Rewinds the tape from STOP mode or for fast reverse picture search. *Press and hold button for about two seconds. FORWARD (>) DVD: Search forward*/go to next chapter or track.
