Even though your printer is easy to maintain, you may want to designate an administrator to do the setup and maintenance of your printer. All users sharing the printer should refer printing problems and maintenance tasks to this administrator. From time to time, you will need to replace routine printer maintenance items such as the print cartridge, fuser assembly, charge roll, and transfer roll. Replacement of these items should be done at regular intervals to maintain top performance, optimize print quality, and avoid printing problems.
