Setting Up Your Phone Personalizing Your Phone System You can personalize each handset and base station by setting unique ring tones, adjusting the ring tone volume for day and night time, and assigning a name so you can distinguish one handset from another. Setting the Ring Tone and Ring Volume Your can set a ring tone for incoming calls from numbers that are stored in the phonebook, and a different ring tone for other incoming calls.
