Chapter 3 Administrative Access Commands This section describes the management access and basic port configuration commands available in the 7300 Series Managed Switch CLI. For every configuration command, there is a show command that displays the configuration setting. To manage the device by using SNMP, see "SNMP Commands" in Chapter 10. 3.1 Network Interface Commands This section describes the commands you use to configure a logical interface for management access. Note: The service port commands are for out-of-band network management using the dedicated service port on the platform. The network commands are used for in-band management using the data ports.
