N600 Wireless Dual Band Router WNDR3400 User Manual To turn off the wireless signal, for either wireless network (2.4Ghz or 5Ghz): 1. Select the Turn off wireless signal by schedule check box. 2. Click the Add a new period button. The following screen appears: Figure 4-11 3. Click the Start drop-down menu and select the time that you want the wireless signal to turn off. The times are shown in half hour intervals from midnight to 11:30 p.m. 4. Click the End drop-down menus and select the time that you want the wireless signal to turn back on. 5. Select one of the following Recurrence patterns: • Daily - The wireless network will be off every day for the time period you previously specified. • Select Days - The wireless network will be off on the days you select for the time period you previously specified. 6. Click Apply. Note: Whenever either wireless network goes on or off, an entry is made in the log. To see log entries, from the Content Filtering menu, select Logs. To turn off the wireless signal, for either wireless network (2.4Ghz or 5Ghz):
1.
Select the
Turn off wireless signal by schedule
check box.
2.
Click the
Add a new period
button. The following screen appears:

Click the
Start
drop-down menu and select the time that you want the wireless signal to turn
off. The times are shown in half hour intervals from midnight to 11:30 p.m.

Click the
End
drop-down menus and select the time that you want the wireless signal to turn
back on.
5.
Select one of the following Recurrence patterns:
Daily
– The wireless network will be off every day for the time period you previously
specified.
Select Days
– The wireless network will be off on the days you select for the time period
you previously specified.

Click
Apply
