Closed user group (Menu 4-4-3) This network service specifies the group of people to whom you can call and who can call you. Preset resets the phone to use a user group that the SIM card owner has agreed upon with the service provider. NOTE: When calls are limited to Closed User Groups, calls may be possible to certain emergency numbers in some networks (e.g. 112, 911 or other official emergency number). Own number sending (Menu 4-4-4) This network service allows you to set whether your phone number is shown to or hidden from the person that you are calling. Preset resets the phone to the default setting, On or Off, that you have agreed upon with your service provider. Call waiting options (Menu 4-4-5) When this network service is activated, the network will notify you of a new incoming call while you have a call in progress. The phone sounds a soft alert tone. Phone line in use (Menu 4-4-6) The SIM card may be used with two subscriber numbers, 'phone lines' (network service). This function is available only if your SIM card supports it. You can select the desired line for making calls. However, calls on both lines can be answered regardless of the selected line. If you select line 2 and have not subscribed to this network service, you will not be able to make calls. When you have prevented the line selection within the 'Phone line change' function, you cannot use this function. TIP: In the standby mode you can switch from one line to the other by pressing and holding . 60
