2 Installing the Appliance This chapter describes how to install the Nokia IP300 Series appliance. The following topics are covered: „ Rack Mounting the Appliance „ Connecting Power and Turning the Power on „ Connecting Network Interfaces Caution Protect your IP300 Series appliance and other electronic equipment from static discharge by making sure you are properly grounded before you touch any electronic components. Note The operating temperature range for the Nokia IP300 Series appliance is 0° C to 45° C (32° F to 113° F).
