IMPORTANT: Never apply silicone spray or other substances to the walking belt or the walking platform unless instructed to do so by an authorized service representative. Such substances may deteriorate the walking belt and cause excessive wear. If you suspect that the walking belt needs more lubricant, see the front cover of this manual. d. Be careful not to overtighten the walking belt. Then, plug in the power cord, insert the key, and walk on the treadmill for a few minutes. walking belt has shifted to the right,

idler roller screw counterclockwise 1/2 of a turn. Be
