Next, select the main menu (see step 2 on page 21). Then, touch the gears button to select the settings main menu. 2. Select the workout section. In the settings main menu, scroll to the Workout section. 3. Customize settings. To customize settings, touch the desired category, and then touch the toggle button at the side of the category name. 4. Exit the workout settings section. Select the settings main menu.
Insert the key into the console (see HOW TO

the main menu (see step 2 on page 21). Then,
touch the gears button to select the settings main
menu.

In the settings main menu, scroll to the Workout
section.
3. Customize settings.
To customize settings, touch the desired category,
and then touch the toggle button at the side of the
category name.
