P. 35 Halation produces unnatural colors in a picture. 1 Excessively bright ultraviolet light on the subject, such as sunlight shining through the leaves of trees, window frames in bright light at night, reflection of metals under direct sunlight, etc. 1 Use an UV filter. Using a UV - filter is recommended only under the conditions described in the left column so as not to lose the correct color balance. 2 Process the pictures using a graphics application that supports JPEG (Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop, etc.). For example, after picking up unnatural colors with a syringe tool, etc., you can select color areas, and try color conversion or saturation adjustment.
