The Mode Dial Preparation Select the desired mode turning the mode dial. : Normal Picture mode (P30) The aperture value and the shutter speed are automatically adjusted. : Self-portrait mode (P55) Use this mode when you want to take a picture of yourself. : Macro mode (P51) This allows you to get closer to the subject up to 0.33 feet (10 cm) (Wide). : Motion image mode (P56) This allows you to record motion images. : Portrait mode (P52) This allows you to easily achieve the depth of focus effect. The subject stands out in front of an unfocused background. : Simple mode (P34) You can take the pictures easily because the necessary setting menus are minimized. This mode is for beginners. : Landscape mode (P53) You can capture sharp and crisp landscape photos easily.
