CAUTIONS DURING MEASUREMENTS In the following situations, accurate measurements cannot be taken. OWithin 1 hour of eating or drinking alcohol Olmmediately after drinking coffee or tea, or smoking Olmmediately after exercising or taking a bath -Wait at least 20 minutes and take a measurement while staying quiet. Oln a moving vehicle Oln cold places -Take measurements at ambient temperatures of 10°C to 40°C (50°F to 104°F). °When you need to urinate -Wait several minutes after urinating before taking measurements.
