> > Making Calls To adjust the receiver/speaker volume while talking 3 levels (HIGH, MEDIUM and LOW) are available for the receiver and 6 levels for the speaker. To increase volume, press [ ]. Lighted handset keypad The dialing buttons will light when you press a button or lift the handset off the base unit. The light will go out after a few seconds. Answering Calls When a call is received, the unit rings and "Incoming call" is displayed, and the Ringer indicator on the handset and the IN USE/CHARGE indicator on the base unit flash rapidly.
