In the same manner, select and set the date, year, time, and DST. 3 Press ACTION twice to start CLOCK and exit. DST (Daylight Saving Time) Unit auto adjusts clock for DST (Daylight Saving Time.) I Spring (First Sunday in April) DST : ON ->Sets clock ahead one hour. I Autumn (Last Sunday in October) DST : ON ->Turns clock back one hour. • If your area does not observe Daylight Saving Time, select DST:OFF. Note to CABLE System Installer This reminder is provided to call the CABLE (Cable TV) System Installers attention to Article 820-40 of the NEC that provides guidelines for proper grounding and, in particular, specifies that the cable ground shall be connected to the grounding system of the building, as close to the point of cable entry as practical. 1 Turn the unit Power on. 2 Press and hold both PLAY and | on the unit for more than 5 seconds. • The power will shut off. 3 Perform "Initial Setup" on page 10. 11

This reminder is provided to call the
CABLE (Cable TV) System Installers
attention to Article 820-40 of the NEC
