DVD590M_17x 6/11/2003 1:42 PM Page 24 24 Repeat, Repeat A-B Repeat You may play a Chapter,Track,Title, or Disc repeatedly. 1 During play, press REPEAT repeatedly to choose a Repeat mode. ● To repeat the current Chapter/Track, press REPEAT so REPEAT CHAPTER (DVD Chapter) or REPEAT TRACK (Audio CD or Video CD Track) appears briefly in the top right corner of the TV screen. ● To repeat the current Title (DVD only), press REPEAT again so REPEAT TITLE appears briefly in the top right corner of the TV screen. ● To repeat the entire Disc (Audio CD or Video CD only), press REPEAT again so REPEAT DISC appears briefly in the top right corner of the TV screen. 2 To cancel repeat play, press REPEAT again so ➜ REPEAT OFF appears briefly in the top right corner of the TV screen. 1,2 1 2 3 EJECT 4 5 6 7 8 PREVIOUS 9 0 NEXT DISC MENU SYSTEM MENU OK RETURN/TITLE DISPLAY SUBTITLE ANGLE ZOOM AUDIO REPEAT REPEAT SEARCH A-B MUTE Repeat A-B You can set the Player to play only a specific portion of a Chapter or Track repeatedly. Follow these steps. 1 Press Play/Pause 5;BF to start Disc play. 2 When the Disc reaches the point at which you want repeated playback to begin, press REPEAT A-B. This sets Point A, or the point at which repeated play will begin. A-B REPEAT, SET A POINT will appear briefly in the top right corner of the TV screen. 3 When the Disc reaches the point at which you want to end the segment, press REPEAT A-B again. This sets Point B, or the point at which repeated play will end. A-B REPEAT, SET B POINT will appear briefly in the top right corner of the TV screen. The segment will begin playing repeatedly.
